Your Role As a HealthStreamerPosition SummaryHealthStream is seeking an eCommerce Merchandiser to join our Digital & eCommerce Marketing team, supporting HealthStream’s Business-to-Professional channels with the goal of generating online sales for HealthStream direct purchase products.

In this role, the eCommerce Merchandiser will drive impact for our business by ensuring a seamless shopping experience across our various commerce sites, implementing the online merchandising strategies informed by website analytics, industry trends and competitive research and increasing online transactions. The ideal candidate has experience using Shopify, Pardot, Marketing Cloud and the Salesforce product suite.

Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for adhering to all HeathStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training.

• End-to-end product planning and execution on Shopify platforms for products, pricing, promotion execution, and digital content on websites.
• Manage aspects of the websites including site navigation, site search, content updates, personalization, product launches, checkout and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee product categories closely and adjust product sequencing, featured items, product badging, category pages, etc. to drive discoverability and conversion.
• Focus on optimal experience in relation to traffic optimization, site taxonomy, internal search, cross-sell/up-sell.
• Ensure product setup into eCommerce platform is complete and accurate, collecting all assets and data for each SKU and optimizing for SEO
• Maintain continuous optimization by constantly seeking growth through performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, creative partnership, landing page optimization and more
• Partner with cross functional leaders to execute the roadmap, merchandising strategies and marketing plans
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (sales, orders, cross-sells, abandonment) to make data-driven decisions.
• Analyze and present product category performance, insights and actions
• Support eCommerce expansions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest B2C practices and tactics and recommend strategies.
• Other duties as assigned

QualificationsWhat You Will Need to be SuccessfulEducation, Experience And Knowledge Required

• Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, Communications or related field a minimum requirement.
• Experience with execution on Shopify platforms for quick frontend store changes
• Salesforce product suite a plus
• Experience analyzing campaigns, data, and reports
• Experience working with technical and creative teams to accomplish goals
• Previous experience working in a complex organization

Skills And Abilities Required

• HTML knowledge/proficiency
• Subject matter expertise in web production, site operations, UI/UX, features and functionalities, site merchandising and content and digital marketing strategy, digital marketing tactics a plus
• Experience with A / B testing and multivariate optimization
• Strong analytical, research-oriented, and critical thinking skills, including the ability to understand, interpret, and present relevant data
• Interpersonal skills - exceptional verbal/written communication, listening, coaching, and presentation skills, and high attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high quality, attention to detail, and exceptional teamwork and internal communication skills
