📹#GCMC's latest video focuses on the development of a Resilience Reference Curriculum - the first-of-its-kind that supports military education.🎓 Designed to support #NATO allies and partners, this curriculum extends beyond military academies, offering valuable benefits to civilian universities as well. 👉As the Partnership for Peace Consortium (#PfPC) working group finalizes the curriculum, its potential impact on the understanding and teaching of resilience in military education institutions remains a focal point. NATO is expected to publish the resilience reference curriculum soon.Partnership for Peace Consortium

TAP helps transitioning Soldiers prepare for civilian life after active duty.
The Transition Soldier Life Cycle model includes the Army Career Skills Program (CSP), which motivates Soldiers to seize multiple training and development opportunities throughout their military careers. This program assists them in growing and evolving as Soldiers who possess full capability to serve our nation in uniform and beyond, as civilians after completing their military service. #TAP #HireaSoldier #CSP #GoEarlyGoOften

In the military, we must attend PME - Professional Military Education. This is where we study rules, manuals, and previous wins and losses in the profession of arms. With this education, we can prepare for the known challenges that Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines may face. But how do we deal with the unknowns? How do we create fighting forces that can shift quickly adjusting to the newest threat? That’s where training comes in.Read the linked article to see my thoughts on training versus education.

Every year, we ask military teens to tell us about their experience—and we use that information to build our programs, shape solutions, and inform policy makers about the issues affecting military teens today. Tell the military-connected teens you know that we want to hear from them! 👉 https://loom.ly/VrsZWwI
