Join our team as an Employee/Labor Relations Business Partner and play a key role in fostering positive workplace relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving organizational effectiveness. Logan Health, located in beautiful Northwest Montana, is seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience, preferably with knowledge of Montana regulations. If you have excellent communication skills and a knack for handling sensitive situations with professionalism, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; five years’ experience preferred.
  • Advanced degree, Juris Doctorate, or Certification in Human Resources area preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws, with familiarity in Montana regulations.
  • Experience in workplace investigations and advising on performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HR systems preferred.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide strategic support to management on staff effectiveness and compliance.
  • Use data to identify trends and collaborate on solutions.
  • Partner with HR Leadership to drive organization-wide initiatives.
  • Offer coaching and training on HR management and performance improvement.
  • Proactively identify and address HR trends.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to corrective actions and grievances.
